Civil Site Supervisor – Bhutan Project

Location: Tareythang, Gelephu, Bhutan

Role:

We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor for our Bhutan based project to manage day‑to‑day site activities, labour supervision, and ensure quality waterproofing and finishing work.

Responsibilities:
Supervise waterproofing and finishing work in bathrooms/wet areas
Check surface preparation, joints, pipe areas, and drains
Guide labour for correct application of materials
Monitor material usage and maintain site records
Ensure safety and coordinate with project team

Requirements




Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred)
2–5 years’ site supervision experience
Knowledge of construction drawings & measurements
Willing to travel & stay at Bhutan project site
Practical, responsible, hardworking
