Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided databases.
Explain academy courses, admission procedures, fee structures, and scholarship programs.
Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
Generate leads and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students.
Schedule counseling sessions and admission meetings.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups,



and admissions in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and admission targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with the admissions and counseling teams for seamless conversions.

Required Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Odia.
Solid persuasion, negotiation, and sales skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or educational sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
