Job Responsibilities:
Clean and cut fresh fish according to customer requirements.
Remove scales, fins, guts, and unwanted portions properly.
Cut fish into curry cut, fry cut, steaks, fillets, or other required portions.
Ensure proper handling and hygienic cleaning of seafood.
Wash and maintain fish-cleaning tables, knives, cutting boards, and other equipment.
Pack cleaned fish properly for customers and deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the working area throughout the shift.
Minimize wastage while cutting and cleaning fish.
Separate fish waste and dispose of it properly.
Check fish quality and report any damaged or spoiled fish to the supervisor.
Follow shop safety, hygiene, and food-handling procedures.
Assist with loading, arranging, and storing fish when required.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
