Position:- Sales Manager
Location:- Vadodara

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Handle Sales Support team and their performance.
Generate and convert leads through various channels.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.
Monitor team performance and maintain regular sales reports.
Manage site visits and support the team in closing deals.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Requirements:
6+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Proven experience in team handling and sales management.
Robust knowledge of lead generation, tele-calling, client handling, and deal closure.
Candidates with experience in industrial plots / land / real estate projects will be preferred.
