Site Management
Supervise day-to-day construction activities.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor labour productivity and contractor performance.
Maintain project timelines and construction schedules.

Quality Control
Inspect RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and finishing works.
Ensure construction quality as per company standards.
Report and rectify quality issues immediately.

Material Management
Verify incoming construction materials.
Maintain material stock records.
Prevent material wastage.
Coordinate with the purchase team for material requirements.

Labour & Contractor Coordination
Supervise labour attendance and daily work allocation.
Coordinate with subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Resolve site-related operational issues.

Project Planning & Execution
Prepare daily and weekly work plans.




Track project progress and submit reports.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Safety Compliance
Ensure all workers use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Follow company safety policies.
Report accidents and unsafe conditions immediately.

Documentation
Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
Maintain site registers and measurement records.
Prepare material consumption reports.
Update work completion status regularly.

Coordination
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, and project managers.
Attend project review meetings.
Support project handover activities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
