Position: Duty Manager (DM)

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day cinema operations and ensure smooth functioning of the site.
Deliver a premium guest experience through excellent customer service and effective complaint resolution.
Lead and manage the operations team while maintaining discipline, productivity, and service standards.
Monitor guest handling, ticketing, food & beverage services, cleanliness, and overall operational standards.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, grooming standards, and hospitality practices.
Handle guest escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless cinema operations.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and adherence to operational procedures.
Maintain high standards of customer experience and service quality.
Support the Site/Cluster Manager in achieving operational and business targets.

Candidate Profile
4–5 years of relevant experience in 5-star hotels,



fine-dining restaurants, premium hospitality, or similar service-oriented environments.
Hotel Management degree/diploma preferred as a basic qualification.
Solid guest-handling and service-orientation skills.
Good understanding of team management and operational discipline.
Excellent grooming and communication skills.
Strong understanding of premium hospitality standards and customer experience.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle guest escalations effectively.
Candidates with a professional hospitality background will be preferred.
