Key Responsibilities:
Contact abandoned-cart customers via calls, email, or chat to recover lost sales.
Explain products, pricing, advantages, and offers to drive purchase decisions.
Resolve customer queries professionally and enhance the buying experience.
Follow up with warm leads to improve conversions.
Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and conversions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize cart recovery strategies and conversion rates.

Qualifications:
Experience in customer relationship management or sales support.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer handling and persuasion skills.
CRM and e-commerce platform knowledge is a plus.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and sales-driven mindset.

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (6 days working)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
