We're hiring: Senior HR Executive — Noida
What you'll own:
→ End-to-end hiring (FTE + contractors) for technical & consulting roles
→ Real-time resource mapping to delivery pipelines
→ Vendor negotiation, contractor lifecycle & SLA management
→ Payroll, PF/ESIC/TDS/PT compliance with zero-error tolerance
→ BGV, documentation, timesheet discipline & weekly utilization dashboards
→ Employee experience from Week 1 onboarding to exit
What you need:
5+ years in HR ops + recruitment + payroll, preferably in IT services/consulting/SaaS. Hands-on with Indian statutory compliance. Comfortable in Excel, HRMS, ATS. Stakeholder management skills that let you toggle between delivery heads, customers, finance, and vendors in the same afternoon.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
