Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Jewellery Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have solid communication and sales skills, a skilled personality, and the ability to confidently assist both domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional showroom experience.
Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable jewellery.
Present and explain jewellery collections, designs, diamonds, gemstones, and product specifications.
Handle foreign/international clients confidently and professionally.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build solid relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Handle customer enquiries, product demonstrations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Assist with billing, order processing, exchanges, and after-sales services.




Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery in the showroom.
Coordinate with inventory and management teams regarding product availability and customer orders.
Stay updated on new collections, jewellery trends, and product knowledge.
Ensure high standards of customer service and showroom discipline.

Requirements
Fluent English communication is required.
Previous experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or premium customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Confident in handling international/foreign customers.
Strong sales and customer-service orientation.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work towards sales targets.
Basic knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, gold, and jewellery is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
