Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing, and provide accurate forecasts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a sales representative or manager, typically 2+ years.
Leadership: Solid motivational and team-building skills.
Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical: Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
Technical: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
