Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Velachery.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Follow up with customers through calls and messages.
Maintain customer details and update call records.
Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements.
Build good relationships with customers through qualified communication.

Requirements




6 months to 3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, BPO, or related roles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to communicate effectively in Tamil and English.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
