JOB DESCRIPTION – SHIFT MANAGER – FEED MILL OPERATIONSQualification:

· BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

· Minimum 10 years of experience in Feed Mill Operations.

· Robust experience in handling production and plant operations in a feed manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Overall responsibility for smooth and effective shift operations of the feed mill.

· Monitor production, quality, productivity and achievement of shift targets.

· Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and raw materials.

· Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores and other departments for uninterrupted production.

· Monitor and minimize breakdowns, production losses and process deviations.

· Ensure adherence to GMP, safety standards,



SOPs and housekeeping requirements.

· Lead, guide and manage shift manpower effectively.

· Maintain proper shift records and provide timely production and operational reports.

· Identify operational improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Candidate:

A solid hands-on Feed Mill skilled with sound knowledge of production processes, plant machinery, manpower management, troubleshooting and shift operations, with proven ability to independently manage a complete shift.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
