Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and new business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour (PPH).
Search for relevant projects and submit customized proposals/bids.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Communicate with international clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Handle negotiations regarding project scope, pricing, and timelines.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements and prepare proposals.
Maintain records of leads, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Required Skills:




Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH.
Strong proposal writing and online bidding skills.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive negotiation and convincing abilities.
Robust lead generation and client-handling skills.
Knowledge of IT/software services is preferred.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
