Web Consultant – Night Shift
Shift: Night Shift | Process: International Website Sales
Job Responsibilities:
Assist international customers through website chat, calls, and emails.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and convert leads into sales.
Provide excellent customer support and maintain robust client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills.
Sales/customer service experience preferred.
Comfortable working in a night shift and handling international customers.
Positive computer and internet skills.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Experience: 0–3 years
Location: Salt Lake, Sector - 5
Salary: 15000-25000
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
