Job Title: Food and Beverage Controller

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Oversee the financial aspects of the Food and Beverage department, including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.
Analyze food and beverage costs and variances, and take corrective actions as needed.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers.
Prepare monthly financial reports and present findings to senior management.
Work closely with the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Manager to optimize menu pricing and profitability.




Train and mentor staff on proper inventory management procedures.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in food and beverage cost control.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Controller or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of food and beverage cost control principles and techniques.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹24,712.54 - ₹30,379.46 per month
