Role Description This is a full time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in India.

The Full Stack

Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that power AI-driven products and enterprise platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include building front-end interfaces, implementing back-end services and APIs using Java/Python, integrating data sources, and ensuring responsive, accessible user experiences. The role involves collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, as well as writing clean,



testable code and participating in code reviews. The developer will also help optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process and tooling.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building production-ready applications.
- Solid skills in Front-End Development, including ReactJS and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development with Java/Python, working with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks like SpringBoot and FastAPI.
- Understanding of AI-driven products, data-intensive systems, or automation platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and take ownership of technical outcomes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and secure, scalable application design is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in AI or data-intensive products is a plus.
