Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Team Lead to manage and guide our marketing team and ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and activities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the marketing team.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly marketing targets.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
Assign tasks and monitor team productivity.
Track marketing performance and campaign results.
Analyze marketing data and identify areas for improvement.
Train and guide marketing team members on marketing strategies and processes.
Develop new marketing strategies to increase reach and engagement.
Monitor social media and other marketing channels.
Maintain marketing reports and performance records.
Ensure marketing activities are completed within deadlines.
Motivate the team and maintain a positive, performance-driven environment.

Required Skills
2+ years of experience in marketing.




Previous team-lead or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Valuable understanding of digital marketing and social media.
Excellent communication skills.
