We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting schools, colleges and educational institutions, promoting our courses, generating student leads and building relationships with potential partners.

Key Responsibilities
Visit schools, colleges and educational institutions for business development
Distribute brochures, flyers, templates and promotional material
Generate leads through field visits, networking and institutional outreach
Interact with students and explain our courses and career opportunities
Collect and maintain lead information
Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp
Coordinate counselling sessions and institute visits
Build relationships with school/college representatives
Participate in workshops, events and promotional campaigns
Maintain daily field-visit and lead-generation reports
Achieve assigned monthly lead and enrolment targets

Requirements




Valuable communication and convincing skills
Confident and comfortable with field visits
Positive interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation
Comfortable speaking with students, parents and school representatives
Previous experience in education sales, field sales or business development will be an advantage
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
