Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and optimize listings across MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, Goibibo, EaseMyTrip, Cleartrip, Expedia, and other relevant OTAs for multiple client properties
Monitor rate parity across all channels daily; identify and escalate unauthorized discounts or pricing discrepancies directly with platform BDMs and support teams
Update and optimize property content, photos, amenities, and descriptions across channel extranets to maximize visibility and conversion
Track and manage channel manager integrations (RezNext, Staah, SiteMinder) to ensure inventory and pricing sync correctly across platforms
Analyze booking pace, occupancy trends, and channel-wise performance (ADR, RevPAR) to recommend pricing and promotional strategy
Respond to and manage guest reviews across Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, and MMT using SEO-aligned reply templates
Coordinate with client properties to align on rate strategy, promotions, and seasonal packages




Prepare periodic performance reports for clients covering channel-wise bookings, revenue, and key metrics
Stay current on OTA platform policy changes, current features, and competitive market positioning

Requirements
Prior experience in OTA/channel management, revenue management, or hotel distribution (hospitality industry experience preferred)
Working knowledge of major OTA extranets and channel manager platforms
Solid analytical skills; comfortable working with booking data and performance metrics
Excellent written communication for client and platform-facing correspondence
Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying distribution issues before they escalate

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
