Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Database Management
Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other digital channels.
Create new customer and prospect databases, maintain and regularly update existing databases for accurate tracking and reporting.
Qualify leads and prioritize high-potential opportunities for the sales team.
Develop strategies to expand the customer base and improve lead quality.
Appointment & Sales Support
Schedule meetings, product demos, or follow-ups for the sales team with qualified leads.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations for key clients.
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategic sales decisions.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
Serve as the first point of contact for prospects, addressing inquiries professionally.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide feedback to enhance customer experience.
Collect and report client feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Reporting & Analytics
Track and report on telemarketing performance metrics, lead conversion,



and database growth.
Analyse call outcomes, conversion rates, and lead quality to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with management to optimize telemarketing processes and workflows.
Process Improvement
Identify prospects to improve outreach, lead management, and database processes.
Mentor junior telemarketing staff, providing guidance on best practices and techniques.

Key Criteria/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2–5 years of experience in telemarketing, B2B/B2C sales, or business development.
Proven experience in creating and managing customer/prospect databases.
Robust experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
