Stewarding Operations
Supervise dishwashing, pot-washing, and cleaning schedules.
Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and crockery are cleaned and sanitized properly.
Maintain par stock of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
Hygiene & Safety
Enforce HACCP/FSSAI standards and hotel hygiene policies.
Conduct regular inspections of kitchen areas, garbage disposal, and pest control.
Ensure staff use proper PPE (gloves, masks, aprons).
Staff Management
Allocate duties to stewards and cleaners.
Train staff on cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and hygiene practices.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and grooming standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
