Responsibilities:
Generate leads for personal, business, home, and other loan products.
Contact potential customers through calls, visits, and other marketing channels.
Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful applications.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for loan processing.
Collect and verify required customer documents.
Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
Maintain customer and lead records in CRM/Excel.
Conduct field marketing and participate in promotional activities.
Track market trends and competitor loan products.
