Job Overview

To develop and manage channel partnerships for industrial technology solutions. The role involves working with distributors, system integrators, OEM partners, and solution providers to support business growth across India and selected international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage channel partners, including distributors and system integrators.
Drive channel sales and identify recent business opportunities.
Support partners with customer engagement, product positioning, and proposals.
Conduct partner training and coordinate with internal teams.
Monitor market trends and support business development initiatives

Requirements
5–10 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Business Development.




Experience in industrial automation, Industrial IoT, or related technology sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
Solid communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Technical Exposure

Experience with one or more of the following areas will be an advantage:
Industrial IoT or Factory Automation
PLC/SCADA and Industrial Sensors
Manufacturing Software or MES
Industrial Communication Networks
Smart Manufacturing or Digital Factory Solutions

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
