We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and experienced Store Manager to join our team for the upcoming Papparoti outlet at HiLITE Business Park, Calicut.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations
Lead, train & motivate the team
Maintain food quality, hygiene & brand standards
Ensure excellent customer service
Manage inventory, stock & wastage
Monitor sales, cash handling & daily reports
Manage staff schedules and attendance
Handle customer feedback and operational issues
Ensure smooth opening & closing of the outlet

Candidate Profile
5+ years’ experience in QSR / Café / Restaurant / Bakery / F&B;
Strong leadership & communication skills




Valuable knowledge of store operations and inventory management
Customer-focused and well organized
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Versatile to work weekends & holidays when required
