We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales operations, lead the sales team, and help achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance.
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely customer follow-ups.
Guide customers through the vehicle buying process and provide outstanding service.
Support the team in closing high-value sales and negotiating deals.
Ensure accurate CRM updates, customer records, and sales reports.




Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify growth prospects.
Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews for the sales team.
Ensure showroom standards, vehicle displays, and sales processes are maintained.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
