Job Description – Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities of the hotel.
Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
Attend to maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and equipment.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance work.
Supervise maintenance staff and assign daily duties.
Monitor and maintain maintenance records and service schedules.
Coordinate with external technicians and service providers when required.
Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Assist in maintaining uninterrupted hotel operations.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Hotel Maintenance.
Positive knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
Ability to supervise and coordinate a maintenance team.
Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsible, proactive, and willing to work as part of a team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
