Ashoka School of Business (ASB), Hyderabad is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented skilled to lead Admissions, Promotion, Branding & Marketing for its PGDM & BBA Programs.

We are looking for someone who can build the brand, build institutional relationships, generate student leads, drive engagement, and most importantly, convert opportunities into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead PGDM & BBA admission strategy and execution
Drive student recruitment, lead generation and conversion
Build relationships with UG colleges and educational institutions across India
Conduct seminars, workshops, competitions, career-awareness programs and outreach activities
Strengthen ASB's brand positioning and visibility
Develop institutional partnerships and student engagement initiatives
Lead student/parent counselling and admission follow-up
Manage student databases and admission funnels
Coordinate digital and offline promotional campaigns
Lead and mentor the Admissions & Marketing team
Track admission performance, conversion and market trends




Identify new markets and innovative student acquisition opportunities

Ideal Candidate:
MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification
Experience in Education Marketing / Admissions / Institutional Marketing / Business Development / Branding preferred
Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills
Robust leadership and relationship-management capabilities
Target-oriented and execution-focused
Willingness to travel extensively across India
