Track courier expenditure across all lanes (inbound and outbound) and maintain a detailed cost log.
Analyse courier data to identify high-cost routes, redundant shipments, or underutilized contracts.
Evaluate multiple courier/logistics vendors and recommend preferred partners based on cost and performance.
Negotiate rate contracts with courier companies and ensure adherence to agreed SLAs.
Identify prospects to consolidate shipments or shift to more economical modes of dispatch.
Report courier cost savings and performance metrics monthly
