TripFactory is a travel and holiday services company that helps people plan and book customized holiday packages — both domestic (within India) and international. They focus on creating tailored itineraries that match travellers’ preferences, budgets, and travel styles.

What You’ll Do
Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & other platforms
Shoot & edit high-quality reels, shorts, and videos
Write compelling captions, scripts & hooks
Stay updated on trends and viral formats
Collaborate with marketing & design teams
Analyze content performance & optimize for growth

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of content creation experience
Video editing skills will be added advantage
On-camera confidence




Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability
Understanding of social media algorithms
Self-driven, consistent & deadline-oriented

Bonus Points If You:
Have grown a personal social media page
Understand hooks, retention & conversion strategies
Have experience in paid ads creatives
Can design thumbnails (Canva / Photoshop)
