Bloodrose Tattoo Studio is a leading tattoo and piercing studio known for creativity, professionalism, and exceptional client experiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to support our growing team and strengthen our people operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for tattoo artists, piercers, front desk staff, and support teams.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
Schedule and coordinate interviews and onboarding activities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Support payroll processing and employee advantages administration.
Develop employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring workplace compliance.
Handle employee queries and support a positive work environment.




Coordinate training and performance review processes.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with recruitment platforms and LinkedIn sourcing.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hospitality, retail, beauty, wellness, creative, or service industries.
Knowledge of payroll and labor law compliance.
Experience with employee engagement programs.
