JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle day-to-day Accounts & Finance operations and maintain accurate accounting records.
Solid hands-on experience in Zoho Books for accounting and financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and management reports.
Handle GST, GST returns, TDS, PT, PF & ESIC compliance.
Prepare regular financial and management reporting.
Maintain and review Balance Sheet, P&L; and other financial statements.
Coordinate and support statutory/internal audits and provide required documentation.
Manage petty cash transactions, expenses and reconciliations.
Maintain and track Director's expenses, reimbursements and related documentation.
Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation.
Ensure timely recording and verification of all accounting transactions.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors and internal stakeholders as required.




Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting and statutory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
Solid practical knowledge of Zoho Books, MIS
Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESIC
Good knowledge of MIS and financial reporting
Experience in Balance Sheet preparation and maintenance
Experience handling petty cash and employee/director expenses
CA Firm experience preferred
Audit experience will be an added advantage
Valuable communication, analytical and reconciliation skills
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
