We are seeking a responsible and dedicated Residential Warden to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensure the safety and well-being of residents, maintain discipline, and provide a comfortable living setting.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise hostel residents and maintain discipline.
Ensure the safety, security, and welfare of residents.
Monitor attendance, room allocation, and hostel records.
Address resident concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and meal arrangements.
Enforce hostel rules and report incidents to the Centre Head.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in hostel, residential, or facility management preferred.
Positive communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle emergencies and work flexible schedule.
