A. Incoming Material Inspection
Inspect incoming raw materials such as GP/GI coils, SS material, rubber/EPDM, nuts, bolts and other components.
Verify material dimensions, thickness, grade, coating and quantity against PO/specifications.
Review supplier test certificates and inspection reports.
Raise NCR for non-conforming incoming materials.
Coordinate with Purchase and suppliers for corrective action.

B. In-Process Quality Control
Check dimensions, hole position, welding position, thread quality, coating thickness and overall appearance.
Ensure approved drawings and specifications are followed.
Identify process deviations and take immediate corrective action with Production.

C. Final Inspection
Perform final inspection of finished products before dispatch.
Verify dimensions, appearance, coating, assembly and functional requirements.
Ensure products are packed as per customer requirements.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports.
Release material for dispatch only after meeting quality requirements.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
