We are looking for a Client Communication Executive to join our team.

Requirements:
Graduate – Freshers can apply
Valuable communication skills in Hindi & English
Should be comfortable talking to clients over phone and WhatsApp
Able to understand client requirements and explain our services clearly
Basic knowledge of Word & Excel
Polite, confident and professional communication
Positive follow-up and convincing skills

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads and client calls
Understand client requirements
Explain our services and packages
Follow up with potential clients
Communicate with clients on WhatsApp
Maintain basic lead/CRM records

Experience: 0–1 Year / Freshers

Location: Wave Galleria, Kingwood Enclave, Wave City, Ghaziabad
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
Job Type: Full time
Education: Minimum Graduation required
