About the role

We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to generate qualified sales prospects for our founders and to sell our standard products directly. Your day is prospect research, outbound outreach, qualification, scheduling discovery meetings, and closing product sales over calls and demos. Full training on our products, pitch and CRM in week one.

Responsibilities
Research and build your own prospect lists (LinkedIn, business directories, industry groups) and reach out daily through calls, email and LinkedIn (200 outbound touches per day, including at least 60 calls)
Qualify prospects on decision-making authority, business need and timeline
Schedule 30-minute discovery meetings with the managers and ensure attendance through confirmations and follow-ups
Sell other standard products: run demos, send quotes, close, hand over to delivery
Follow up on every open quote within 48 hours until closed
Keep CRM fully updated and send a weekly activity report

Requirements




6months to 1 year of experience; tele-sales, inside sales or BPO voice background preferred
Fluent spoken English and Hindi, explicit written English
Confident on the phone and able to sustain high daily call volumes
Comfortable researching companies and decision-makers on LinkedIn and building prospect lists
Graduate in any stream
Based in Noida or able to relocate before joining

₹15,000 per month fixed
₹1,000 for every qualified meeting that takes place, uncapped, paid monthly with salary
