Position: Customer Care Executive

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers professionally and courteously.
Follow up with customers regarding their requirements and feedback.
Maintain customer records and update information accurately.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer support.
Assist in customer engagement and relationship-building activities.
Schedule appointments and coordinate customer visits when required.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.





Requirements:
Any Graduate / Plus Two qualification.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a target-oriented and team-driven workplace.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
