Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliance, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of GST, TDS, PF filings and hands-on experience with Zoho accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely GST compliance.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns.
Manage PF-related compliance and filings.
Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain proper financial records.
Assist with monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
Verify invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other departments when required.




Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.
Generate accounting reports and MIS as required by management.
Handle accounting activities using Zoho Books / Zoho accounting software.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Positive working knowledge of GST, TDS, and PF compliance and filing.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or other Zoho accounting software.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office applications.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and statutory compliance schedules.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
