Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment and support the organization in hiring the right talent across various roles.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Handle salary discussions and offer coordination.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Support onboarding and other HR activities as required.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Positive knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
