Position: Operations & Automation Manager

Responsibilities:
Manage daily business operations using Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, WATI, Tata Smartflo IVR, Zapier, and AI tools.
Automate workflows between CRM, WhatsApp, IVR, and payment systems.
Monitor performance dashboards and generate weekly reports.
Troubleshoot automation errors and coordinate with software vendors.
Ensure smooth booking, invoicing, and customer follow-ups with minimal manual effort.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / IT / Operations (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in CRM/ERP/Automation management.
Knowledge of Zoho CRM, IVR/CCaaS, Zapier, and WhatsApp marketing tools.
Solid multitasking & problem-solving ability.
Salary Package:
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (CTC- experienced/ Fresher get Stipend )
Performance bonus based on operational efficiency.
