Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Asclique Innovation and Technology in Mohali district. The specialist will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, creating social media content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and communicating with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Design visually appealing creatives (posts, stories, banners, etc.) using tools like Canva, or similar




Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports
Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:
2 years to 4 years of experience in social media management
Basic to intermediate graphic designing skills (Canva,etc.)
Strong understanding of content trends, reels, and platform algorithms
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
