Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Study Abroad Processing Officer to manage student applications and provide end-to-end support throughout the overseas admission and visa process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end student application processing for study abroad destinations.
Prepare and submit applications to universities and colleges through relevant portals.
Manage offer letter applications, document verification, and application follow-ups.
Coordinate with universities and institutions regarding application status and requirements.
Handle visa documentation and visa filing processes.
Assist students with SOP, financial documents, and other required documentation.
Track application, offer letter, and visa status and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain accurate student records and update application status regularly.
Coordinate with counsellors, students, universities, and internal teams for smooth processing.




Ensure all applications are completed accurately and within deadlines.
Stay updated on admission requirements, visa procedures, intakes, and documentation requirements.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Study Abroad Processing is mandatory.
Experience handling university applications and student portals.
Knowledge of admission and visa documentation processes.
Robust attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple student applications simultaneously.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and deadline-oriented environment.
