Job Role: CSR Executive

Job Description
Exposure in Social Work, Rural Development, Sociology, Environmental Sciences, Rural Management, Development Studies or a related field will be added advantage.

Working Conditions:
Office-based role with periodic travel to project locations and community sites – [All India]
Interaction with NGOs, government bodies, local communities, and implementation partners.

CSR Strategy & Program Implementation:
Coordinate and manage CSR projects in areas such as education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, skill development, women empowerment, and community welfare.
Ensure CSR activities align with organizational values and statutory requirements.

Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with NGOs, community groups, government agencies, social enterprises, and implementation partners, as needed.




Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support CSR initiatives.

Monitoring & Evaluation:
Track project progress against defined objectives, milestones, and budgets.
Conduct site visits and assess the effectiveness of CSR interventions.

Education: Minimum 12th grade
