Make outbound calls to prospective customers, merchants, agents, and business partners.
Introduce and explain the Company's products and services.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Generate qualified leads and maintain an updated lead database.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other approved communication channels.
Maintain daily call records, lead status, follow-ups and conversion details.
Maintain skilled communication and a positive customer experience.
Provide regular reports to the reporting manager regarding calls, leads, follow-ups.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Customer-focused approach.
Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to learn fintech products and processes quickly.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
