Job Responsibilities
Support the Sales & Marketing team in achieving project sales targets.
Generate leads through various channels and assist in lead follow-up.
Coordinate with customers, channel partners, and internal teams.
Assist in site visits, customer meetings, presentations, and sales activities.
Maintain daily sales and lead reports and update CRM records.
Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate project information.
Assist the team in preparing sales reports and market analysis.
Learn and follow the complete real estate sales process from lead generation to closure.
Take up additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile




Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
0–2 years of experience; freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interest in Sales, Marketing, and the Real Estate industry.
Positive interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
