We’re looking for a Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing Executive who can turn ad spends into quality leads and measurable business conversions.

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience & skills)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities
Run and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads
Generate high-quality real estate leads
Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate and ROI/ROAS
Manage campaign budgets and improve campaign performance
Conduct audience and competitor research
Coordinate with Creative and Sales teams
Track leads through CRM, GA4 and analytics tools
Develop strategies to improve lead quality and conversions





Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
Solid knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
Experience in lead generation campaigns
Data-driven and analytical mindset
Valuable understanding of digital marketing funnels
Real Estate / Channel Partner experience preferred
Knowledge of Canva, AI tools, GA4/GTM is an added advantage
