Job Summary

ALIMS School of Business is looking for a motivated and experienced Head of Department (HOD) to lead our academic department and contribute to the overall growth and development of the institution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the academic department effectively.
Coordinate and supervise faculty members and academic activities.
Develop and implement academic plans, schedules, and programs.
Monitor teaching quality and student academic performance.
Support faculty development and performance improvement.
Coordinate examinations, assessments, and other academic activities.
Maintain academic standards and institutional policies.
Handle student and faculty-related academic concerns.




Contribute to the growth and development of the institution.

Requirements
Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
2 years of experience in a similar HOD/academic leadership role.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in an educational institution will be an advantage.
