Architect

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain solid relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, consultants, and contractors.
Promote and present the company’s architectural/building material products to key influencers.
Generate current business opportunities through architect and project visits.
Get company products specified in architectural designs, BOQs, tender documents, and projects.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sample displays at architectural firms and project sites.
Regularly visit architect offices, design studios, builders, contractors, and project sites.
Identify upcoming projects and maintain a database of project leads.




Follow up with architects and project decision-makers to convert specifications into sales.
Coordinate with the sales, technical, design, and commercial teams for project execution.
Handle product inquiries, quotations, samples, and technical requirements.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and recent product developments.
Achieve monthly and annual sales and project specification targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and prepare reports on meetings, leads, projects, and sales activities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
