Minimum Requirements – Franchise Business Development
Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA Sales/Marketing preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Franchise Sales / Business Development / B2B Sales.
Industry Preference: QSR, Restaurant, F&B;, Hospitality, Retail, Franchise or similar industries.
Must have proven experience in lead generation and franchise/business deal closure.
Should be capable of handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and collection.
Robust communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Robust networking and relationship-building ability.
Should be comfortable with sales targets and pressure-driven performance.
Willing to take ownership of payment collection, onboarding and franchise launch coordination.
FOFO/FICO franchise experience will be an added advantage.
Should be willing to travel for client/franchise meetings, if required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
