Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive and responsible Shift In-Charge to manage store operations during assigned shifts in our stores. The Shift In-Charge will be responsible for supervising the picker-packer team, ensuring order accuracy, maintaining inventory levels, and meeting operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily operations during the shift.
Monitor picking, packing, and dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Manage shift manpower and task allocation.
Ensure stock availability and escalate stock-out situations to inventory team.
Conduct quality checks on packed orders.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies.
Handle and resolve issues related to order delays, inventory, or team performance.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the store during the shift.
Generate and share shift reports with the Store Manager.
Train new staff members and monitor team performance.

Requirements:




Min. 12th Pass.
1–3 years of experience in warehouse, retail, or e-commerce operations.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using handheld devices or warehouse management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Working Hours:
9–10 hour rotational shifts.
6-day working week with 1 weekly off.
