We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide excellent customer service by resolving customer queries via phone, chat, or email. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through calls, chat, or email.
Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet quality standards.
Follow company policies and service procedures.

Requirements:
Graduate or undergraduate
Positive verbal and written English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Prior customer service experience is preferred but freshers are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
